RUEN

The whole product.
From pixel to kernel.

We design, build and run commercial platforms in production: interface, backend, database, servers, security and SEO. No hand-offs down a chain, nothing lost at the seams.

Interface

Storefronts, dashboards for four roles, admin panels, desktop apps. Mobile first, custom controls instead of browser defaults, no static mockups.

Work

Live products, not concepts

Each case is broken down by layer: what was built, how, and how it ended.

01 · EloStore ecosystem · In production

EloStore

A services platform for CS2

A commercial service: rank boosting, AI demo analysis, tournaments, skins, a partner program. Rewritten from a monolith to a new stack without stopping sales: 109,522 lines of TypeScript, 82 PostgreSQL tables and an API that answers in 30-90 ms in production.

02 · EloStore ecosystem · Server paused until season

CS2 servers

Skin changer, match engine and broadcast

Our own game servers running our own code: skins picked in the site dashboard appear in game by SteamID, tournaments load from the admin, the broadcast gets a live killfeed. 3 own C# plugins, 1,755 lines with no third-party plugins and 0 weapon switches for a skin to apply.

03 · EloStore ecosystem · In production

Storefront network

elostore.pro and gtastore.pro

One codebase serves three storefronts: roubles, dollars and GTA. Each has its own currency, prices, payments, admin and SEO, and their data never mixes. Sitemaps list 112 URLs, the English keyword core holds 2,034 queries.

04 · A marketplace for life in Serbia, in 12 languages · Opens October 1

Kvart

A marketplace for life in Serbia, in 12 languages

Housing, goods, local pros and services for people who don't read Serbian. Our own marketplace with listings, chats, identity checks, payments and an AI assistant: 12 languages, 73,936 lines of TypeScript in 3 weeks and 741 tests, attack tests included.

05 · A real-time AI assistant for calls · Ready for sale

Copilot

A real-time AI assistant for calls

A desktop app for interviews and calls: it listens to the conversation, recognizes speech right on the device and suggests an answer in a fraction of a second. The other side never sees it: Copilot stays out of screen sharing and screenshots and has no icon in the Dock or the tray. Recognition is 40× faster: 86 ms per phrase instead of 3.5 s. Built in 2.5 months: apps for macOS and Windows, a website with payments, a licensing backend and a tunnel to the LLM.
